You are a registered and approved miller in your country of operation and you have provided accurate and complete information about yourself and your business.

• You grant M4N the right to collect, store, process, and use your personal and business data for the purposes of providing you with the services and benefits of the M4N portal, such as membership certificates, brand guides, digital assets, and other resources.
  
• You consent to M4N sharing your data with its partners and affiliates, such as country PMs, researchers, funders, and other stakeholders, for the purposes of improving the M4N portal, conducting surveys and evaluations, and supporting the development of the milling sector in your country and region.
  
• You acknowledge that M4N is not responsible for the security, accuracy, or reliability of your data, and that you are solely responsible for protecting your account and password from unauthorized access or use.
  
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country and region, and to respect the rights and interests of other users of the M4N portal.
  
• You agree to abide by the M4N code of conduct and ethical standards, and to refrain from any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activities on the M4N portal.
  
• You understand that M4N reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your account or access to the M4N portal at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, at its sole discretion.
  
• You understand that M4N may update these terms and conditions from time to time, and that your continued use of the M4N portal after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
